The Power of Small
Introduction
As part of a nationwide campaign to inspire people to get more active, we were tasked with creating a video that would speak to thousands — not just in gyms or online, but in the heart of live sporting moments. Our work was featured on stadium screens during both national and international cricket fixtures, delivering an important message to diverse audiences across the UK.
The Problem
While the campaign had a clear goal — to encourage more people to take small steps toward an active lifestyle — the challenge lay in how to cut through the noise. The message needed to connect with spectators from all walks of life, in a setting where attention is fleeting and motivation to change isn’t always high. How do you spark action in someone who may feel disconnected from the idea of fitness altogether?
The Solution
We told a story that felt real. Through a blend of emotive narration, dynamic motion graphics, and compelling visuals, we captured both the struggle and the spark that drive personal change. Rather than preach about fitness, we recognised the everyday moments of doubt and offered something more powerful — encouragement. The result was an energetic, stadium-ready video that didn’t just fill the screen, but moved people. One step at a time.
